Who we are
[PLACEHOLDER: your name, how long you have lived on the western Costa del Sol, and what you do. Keep it factual: where you live, why you started this guide, what experience you bring.]
Why this guide exists
Buying a new-build home off-plan is one of the biggest decisions people make, often in a language and legal system they don’t know. Most information about new developments comes from the people selling them. This guide tries to be the opposite: facts with sources, visits in person, and a clear statement of how we are funded.
What we cover
New-build developments from Estepona through Manilva and Duquesa, Casares, Sotogrande and San Roque to Alcaidesa and La Línea.
